Q Can I buy one as sample? How long?

Yes, of course, we supply samples. We need 15 days to prepare the samples.

Q What's the warranty?

A

We give 18 months warranty for all pumps, from the date the container arrives The destination port.
Q How can i claim the warranty if any faulty pumps?

A

We give 0.5% invoice amount of the free spare parts in each shipment. The faulty pumps with coil burnt, we will send you new pumps to replace, they are for free. You can ask for free spare parts to repair the faulty pumps.
Q What's the payment term?

A

30% before the production, the rest paid against the BL copy OR LC at sight. OA is not acceptable.
Q How long can you finish the production?

A

30-45 days depends on different pumps.
Q Where is your factory? Can i visit you?

A
