PROCESS QUALITY CONTROL
Material Warehousing Inspection
Before all purchased materials and outsourced machined parts enter the warehouse, the quality management department needs to conduct sampling inspection or full inspection.
For special materials, the material supplier needs to provide qualification certificates.
Production Process Inspection
Process inspection is divided into self inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection.
①After the completion of workpiece processing or assembly, the operator requires self inspection. If nonconforming products are found, it is necessary to notify the full-time inspector for confirmation and treatment.
②The operator of the next process shall carefully check and inspect (mutual inspection) the products of the previous process entering this process, and can receive the products only after they are qualified.
③The system of patrol inspection and completion inspection shall be implemented for special inspection.
Finished Product Inspection
The inspection and test personnel shall carry out the test in strict accordance with the product test outline and the provisions of the test process, and fill in the inspection and test records.
QUALITY CONTROL EQUIPMENT
Standard Control
We strictly control the product performance of each process according to the standards, and strive to achieve the whole process quality control from parts to workers' operation, workers' operation to semi-finished products, and semi-finished products to finished products.
Product Performance
We use the runout meter and one-time forming of the rotor to control the concentricity of the rotor, use coordinate measurement to ensure that the accuracy of each batch of semi-finished products meets the standard, and have a new finished product performance test room to test the product performance in an all-round way.
